Our goal at Bella Baby is to give you photos that you are proud to hang on your walls. We hope these answers will provide you with any information you may need. If you do not find an answer to your question, simply contact us.

How do I view my pictures? Click on "View My Photos: Login" and type in the password given to you at the hospital. This is written on your brochure. Make sure you do not type any spaces in the password.

What if I lost my password? Do not worry! Give us a call and we can help you. Passwords can only be given after verifying personal information we gathered at the hospital.

Why isn't my password working? If it has been over 14 days since we took the photos, they have been taken down from the website. We guarantee that your photos will be available to order for 2 months from the day we photographed the baby. Contact us and we will be able to put them online for an additional 48 hours. We can only repost the photos once.

How do I order? While viewing your photos, click on "Buy My Prints" (located on the bottom left hand corner under the thumbnail pictures). Next, choose your package, photos, color and crop the image(s). Click "Add to Cart" and "Proceed to Checkout"-- located on the upper right hand corner above the image thumbnails. The final step is to enter all of your personal data. If you have any problems just give us a call.

What if by cropping the photo it cuts off part of my baby's hands/feet/head? Please contact us and we may be able to help you with this.

How much do the photos cost? While viewing your photos, click on "Buy My Prints"-- located on the bottom left hand corner under the image thumbnails. You can see all of the packages and prices here. If you do not have a gallery password, please contact us and we can provide you with that information.

What can I do with the Bella CD? When you purchase the Bella CD, you are purchasing all of the photos that you in your online gallery and the printing rights. You can then take the CD to any photo printing location to print sheets. You can also copy the CD, put them on your computer, etc. These photos are high resolution, so you will be able to print large sizes.

How do I find out if Bella Baby is at my hospital? Simply contact us! We need to know the hospital's name, city and state. If we are not at your hospital, we can still take your beautiful newborn's photos! This is part of Bella Life Photography.

I received what I ordered and it is incorrect. What should I do? Contact us and we will help fix this mistake.

I have not received my order. Sheet and CD orders should be received within 2 weeks. Canvas and bag orders should be received within 3 weeks. If it has been longer than this, please contact us.

Can I order less than 50 announcements? No, your first announcement order must be at least 50 announcements.

My baby was born 2 months ago. Would you still have the pictures? We just might! Contact us and we will check our database. We will notify you if we still have the photos. This may take a week to process.

How do I order a gift card? You can place your order online or call us. We suggest calling before ordering your gift card to make sure that we have a Bella Baby photographer in your area.

Why does it say I have to upgrade to Internet Explorer 8? If you are prompted to upgrade to Internet Explorer 8, please follow the prompts to upgrade. If you do not want to upgrade, you can use Mozilla Firefox or Safari. You can download Firefox for free at www.getfirefox.com.
